It has a living-room with balcony, therein a table for 8 persons, 1 bedroom with double bed (additional bed available), 1 bedroom with two taking off beds with place for 4 persons, A kitchen with a table for 6 persons, 1 shower and a separate WC. In the cellar/heating a washing machine is available. There is also the ski and shoe depot. Cable television both in the living-room and in the bedroom. In front of the house there is a parking lot, further one in the proximity.
Please pay the rent one month before the start of your holidays at Brändli-Renner, Dorfstrasse 9 in 6362 Stansstad. Account: Urner Kantonalbank 6460 Altdorf 109231-14. During default the contract is cancelled. Expenses with the resignation from the lease in accordance with agreement with landlord.
