The cottage is situated at the border of the forest, in walking distance of just about 5 minutes from the center of the village and the post office. You have a beautiful view to the Piz Margna and the Piz Corvatsch. The cottage was built in 1963 and has been renovated several times. Because of the situation at the boarder of the forest this appartment of the ground level is specially appreciated by children and people who feel close to nature. In summer time, the kitchen opens to the lawn and the forest. In winter, the ski courses and the Furtschellas ski station are attainable with skis from the cottage. The appartement of the ground level includes two bedrooms (2 beds each; 16 and 18m2), a kitchen with equipment and a table/corner seat and a bathroom with a shower.
