With 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with shower, large living room with fireplace and dining area, large terrace, separate kitchen fully fitted out, larder, outdoor parking space for 1 car and garage for 1 car. - No smoking - No pets – The apartment can be leased separately to 2-4 people for a reduced price. For periods of more than 2 weeks price and terms can be negotiated directly with landlord.
