Description of the holiday apartment

Modern and well furnished three room apartment (60sq m) in Chalet Halten (built 1988), situated in a peaceful location yet close to the village amenities. Access to the apartment is via stairs and a balcony to the front, whilst to the rear the apartment offers a pretty terrace with garden furniture and grill, as well as garage parking.

Chalet Halten is situated less than 2 minutes from the piste (ski to door possible, snow conditions permitting) and adjacent to the tennis courts and playground. It is a short walk to the swimming pool, train station and the mountain rides making it an ideal location for both relaxing and active holidays and offering the opportunity to relax in calmness whilst offering a little luxury.
The apartment is entirely newly furnished and was repainted in 2009. The well appointed kitchen features new appliances and a cosy dining area within the same room. Additionally there is a coffee machine(Nespresso), waffle maker, fondue, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, mixer and much more. The living room offers free Wifi connection, DVD/CD/Radio/cinema system , TV(flatscreen), Satellite TV, extended bed for two people and games console . There is a library of games, CDs, DVDs, computer games and books. Both bedrooms have double beds and ample wardrobe storage. A travel cot is available.
There is a store room for skis etc and shared use of a washing machine and dryer available in the lower floor. There are also 2 cycles, 2 sledges and a table tennis table for the use of guests at no additional charge.
