Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Please note: Non smokers only. Please note: pets are not allowed. Cosy chalet "Betula", 3 storeys, built in 1978, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, on a side street. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). (in winter snow chains necessary). Shop, grocers, restaurant, railway station, tennis, cable cabin, ski school 600 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The chalet can be reached by car, the last 100 meters by a steep road.
