Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position and, east facing position. Very nice view of the mountains and the valley. Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: Non smokers only. NB: New open-plan kitchen and new bathroom (2007). House with 3 apartments "La Toura", in the resort, 300 m from the centre, in a sunny position, on a main road, south-east facing position. Motor access to the house. Parking in the grounds, public parking 300 m. Shop 250 m, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar, café, bakers 250 m, bus stop 100 m, riding stables, sports centre 400 m, ski-kindergarten 350 m, golf course 18 hole 350 m.
