Please note: Non smokers only. Large, nice, comfortable apart-hotel "Al Lago (Utoring)", 5 storeys, in the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a sunny position, 50 m from the lake, road to cross. For shared use: lawn sunning area, swimming pool heated (18.04.-29.10.). In the house: reception, breakfast room. Billiards table, lift, central heating. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking (extra), public parking on the road. Tennis 50 m. The apartment building is next to a public park. Harbour 50 m, golf driving range 1 km. On request: hotel service with breakfast for CHF 15/person/day. Reservation of garage space on arrival. Generous and comfortably furnished apartments: all with radio and satellite TV connection (TV for hire: CHF 35/week), balcony or terrace, most with lake view. Discount for seniors over 60: 10% discount for each stay, except from 20/06/09 to 15/08/09. For bookings of less than 6 nights, cleaning and linen have to be paid locally.
