Nice residence "Sollevante (Utoring)", on the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre of Ascona, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south-east facing position. For shared use: swimming pool heated (7 x 5 m, depth 190 cm, 15.05.-25.10.). Terrace. In the house: central heating. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Grocers 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 200 m, golf course 4 km. Split-level construction with magnificent panoramic views of Lake Maggiore. A cable car connects the different levels. Parking nearby (reservation on arrival). Discount for seniors from 05/12/09 to 03/04/10. For booking of less than 6 nights, cleaning and linen are not included in the price and must be paid extra locally. Linen: CHF 20 /person, cleaning: 1-room apartment CHF 70 -80, 2-room apartment CHF 85.
