Silvaplana 7 km from St.Moritz: Apartment house "Da la Posta (Utoring)", in the centre, 600 m from the lake, on a main road. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Shop, restaurant 50 m, mountain lift 1.5 km, cross-country ski trail 400 m. Free shuttle bus service between Silvaplana and Surlej. The residence has a pizzeria and a bar. In some apartments, pets are allowed on request: CHF 56/week. Baby cot on request: CHF 35/week. 1 garage space is included (max. height: 1.80 m). 2nd garage space on request (summer CHF 35/week, winter CHF 70/week). For bookings of less than 6 nights, cleaning and linen have to be paid locally. Linen: CHF 20/pers. Cleaning: 1-room apartment CHF 70, 2-room apartment CHF 90, 3-room apartment CHF 100.
