Independent chalet on the Crapera slope on the east side of Lenzerheide with an unobstructed southeast to southwest view, no passing traffic, only five minutes by car to the village center, good access to the Rothornseite skiing/hiking area (possible to ski up to right in front of the house). One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed; living/dining room; bath/WC and separate WC; kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine; living/bedroom with wood floor; total of about 85m2; sitting area on the covered terrace; private lawn. Maximum occupancy: six people (no smoking, no pets).
