The house is located in a quiet area just above the village, within 7 minutes to the main cable car station and 5 minutes to the central bus stop at the village square. The Arena ski shuttle service stop is located just infront of the house. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double bed sofa. Further facilities include, TV, radio, CD, Internet, buffet sidetable in typical Graubünden style with crockery. The apartment further consists of light filled rooms with wooden beams. The kitchen has a ceramic stove, fridge, oven & grill and dishwasher. The balcony gives one a panaramic view of the Signina mountain range and the village.
