Description of the holiday apartment

Flat each (approx. 65 m²) for 4-5 persons alternatively ground- or first floor, in comfortable summer cottage from the 50s, in quiet position, with free view of the Prättigau. Those two flats, one of them in the ground floor and the other in the 1st floor, is split in living room and two bed rooms with four beds. Baby bed on request. Kitchen with fridge, cooker, with oven. One bath room with bath and shower, sink and toilette.The flat on the ground floor has an own entry to the covered garden seat. The flat on the 1st floor has a covered balcony.
The big garden is to the common use. No pets.
