Typical "ticino" one family house situated in the center of the old town of Solduno in a quiet and sunny position. 10 minutes on foot to the shopping center Coop or Migros, bank, postoffice and busstop. 5 minutes to drive to Ascona or Locarno. House with 3 rooms (approx. 60m2). Ground floor: living/diningroom with kitchenette, fireplace (no barbecue), radio and tv. Bathroom with sitting-bath/shower and wc, washing machine. 1st floor: 1 doubleroom with private wc and small balcony, 1 room with a bunk bed .
The stair to the 1st floor is steep.
